I was a trumpet major at Indiana University before becoming Associate Principal Trumpet with the Dallas Symphony. My last orchestra job was Principal Trumpet in Indianapolis. In 1975 I transitioned into pro audio and did a lot of recording in New York and then, beginning in 1993, Los Angeles. I had the pleasure of recording and mixing some great film scores like "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin," "Fargo" and "The Good Liar." It's been fun! but I'm now retired, living in the L.A. area with my wife Nila. We both flew charters professionally out of Teterboro, NJ.
A video of a recording I did at Abbey Road - 100 musicians and 50 singers all live in Studio 1.
