So sorry to hear about Booney and it happening on the same day as Dutch is just freaky. Give your mom a big hug for me and know I'm thinking of you both.

The oldest nephew has the blessings of remembering his aunts and uncles when they were young and starting out. College Street, Booney as a young husband, Dad and student seem like just the other day. Booney was and is beyond special to me. He visited Dad so many times through the years. We emailed and talked every few months since Dad passed away. Booney at Auburn was a special inspiration for me during one of the most difficult times of my life. His example as a young Dad, husband and student gave me the courage to change direction. I doubt I ever told him that.

Inspiration, courage and love are priceless gifts. He gave them to me. God surely smiles on Booney's soul and has already welcomed his spirit as a great addition to Heaven. I am proud and blessed to know him. I love him.
