I have been in Atlanta the past 30 years. Publishing a monthly magazine serving the air freight logistics industry.
After graduating in '67 I entered active duty service in the Navy and I served aboard the mighty USS Forrestal, the first super carrier. Following my service and a couple of years to get my act together, I went to Patterson Technical and received a degree in Mechanical Design and Drafting in '71. I followed up my education at Auburn University in Montgomer, 73'-76.
I changed professions and moved to Atlanta January, 1986 to pursue a publishing opportunity and career. I retired in November of 2014 after a great career in airfreight publishing that allowed me to travel the world extensively.
I have been married to Brenda (Favor) since 1973, a graduate of Montgomery Catholic High. We have one daughter who is married with two children. They live nearby in Woodstock, GA so we get to enjoy the grand kids just about all the time.
