I attended Huntingdon College after high school. The following year I got married. I worked and at night I attended Troy University at Montgomery and received degrees in Sociology, Psychology, and Business Administration. I worked for the United States District Court for 39 years. Most of that time I was a case manager and courtroom clerk.

I have been divorced a long time, and I have no children.

I enjoy retirement very much, and I enjoy good health, early morning walks, Bible study, attending church, singing in the choir, volunteer work, cooking, football, gardening, and ballroom dancing. I do all of my yard work. I became a Master Gardener in 2007. I have a private ballroom dance lesson every week. I enjoyed travels to California, Mexico, Maine, Miami and numerous places in between. I've been to Alaska, Europe and the Holy Land. I've been on four cruises. I love going to Orange Beach several times a year.

I am thankful every day for the way the Lord takes care of me.
