Frank was born on December 5, 1930, and passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017.

Frank was a resident of Slapout, Alabama at the time of passing.

He attended Lanier High School and Starke University School.

After serving in the Army during the Korean War in the 31st QM Company, 31st Infantry Dixie Division, he founded the Frank Porter Construction Co., General Contractors; which he operated for 44 years.
