Troy Arthur Nichols, age 65, a resident of Vernon, Alabama passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2006. He was born on March 18, 1941. Troy had contracted Pneumonia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn Thomas Nichols and Louise Powers Nichols.

Survivors include a brother, Coy Oscar Nichols (Lucy); a sister, Glenda Edna Nichols Senn (Frank); and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Art Nichols, Peter Nichols, Benjamin Nichols, Jonathan Senn, and Christopher Senn.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 15, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. from White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home with Reverend Howard Johnson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Cemetery.
