Vernon Farrell Johnson, 76, passed away on October 21, 2015. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 57 years, Linda Marie Johnson; sons, Michael F. Johnson and Mickey T. Johnson; grandson, Mickey Ty Johnson; brothers, James Michael Johnson and Bobby Ray Johnson; sisters, Lenore Johnson and Carol Ann Johnson; daughter in law, Kim Johnson; sister in law, Linda Gay Conway; nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces; and lifelong devoted best friend, Allen Nix.

Visitation will be on Sunday October 25, 2015 from 2-4 pm at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will be held on Monday October 26, 2015 at 11:00 am with Pastor Bubba Lambert officiating. Burial will follow the services in Greenwood Cemetery.

Vernon Farrell was loved by many and will be missed by all. He was a true and devoted Alabama football fan. ROLL TIDE!
