James Martin Bradshaw (1921-1993) - Class Of 1941

James Martin Bradshaw, Sr., 72, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, died Tuesday, September 14, 1993, in a local hospital. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 1993, at 1:oo p.m. from Greenwood Cemetery with Reverend Harold Barnes and Reverend Mike Northcutt officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Bess M Bradshaw, Montgomery, Alabama; two sons, James Martin Bradshaw, Jr., Albertville, Alabama, and William (Bill) Ashley Bradshaw, Luverne, Alabama; one daughter, Sara B. (Sissy) Harris, Montgomery, Alabama; one sister, Mary C. Robinson, Selma, Alabama; one brother, Charles I. Bradshaw, Pell City, Alabama; and four grandchildren.

Mr. Bradshaw was a retired Lieutenant Colonel, serving in the United States Marine Corps, and was a Veteran of World War II. He retired from the State of Alabama Income Tax Division.

Active pallbearers will be Oliver Faulkner, Arlon Poole, Otis Reeves, Jeff Phelps, Bruel Davis,, and Glen Forshey.

Honorary pallbearers will be his Fellowship Sunday School Class at the Eastmont Baptist Church.

The family requests the omission of food and flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Eastmont Baptist Church Building Fund or to one's favorite charity. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery.
