Fitzgerald, Lealon Bradley, Jr., 69, passed away May 17th 2012. Funeral services were held at Southern Memorial on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 11:00 am. with Rev. Rick Marshall & Rev. Evans Hartzog officiating, with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Bradley loved to spend time at his place on Lake Jordan until his health declined. He retired from the Montgomery Advertiser after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father, Lealon Fitzgerald and son, Scott Fitzgerald. Survivors include his wife, Marie Fitzgerald; daughter, Pam (Neal) Kendrick; mother, Juanita Fitzgerald; brothers, Ronnie Fitzgerald, Al (Kathy) Fitzgerald, Michael (Stephanie) Fitzgerald; sister, Pat (Wyatt) Metcalf; grandchildren, Chandler Churchwell, Shelby Churchwell, Jordan Kendrick & Hunter Kendrick. Pallbearers were Ronnie Fitzgerald, Al Fitzgerald, Michael Fitzgerald, Chandler Churchwell, Hunter Kendrick, Jordan Kendrick & Neal Kendrick. Honorary Pallbearers were Dennis Hall, Donald Herring, Don Dawkins & Lewis Ciniglio. The family would like to express their appreciation for the love and support given to them by Dr. Harold Cox. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Eastern Hills Baptist Church Building Fund or St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
