Her brother, Denison of Stevenson, Alabama and her sister, Janice Hoffman of Wetumpka, Alabama. four grandchildren, Eliza and Benjamin of Bellows, VT. and Katie and Andrew of Springfield, Vt. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Arthur.

She did attend Peacham Academy in VT. but graduated in the class of 1956 from Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, Alabama. Ancestry.com also shows her marriage to Donald Masure as being Aug. 18, 1957 in Peacham, Vt. Her obituary reads: Elaine B. Masure, 74, of Ripple Lane died Friday, May 13, 2011 at the Springfield hospital, with her family at her side. Elaine was born March 11, 1937 in Barre, Vt. the daughter of Lyndal and Edyth (St. John) Densmore. She attended Peacham Academy. On August 18 1957 she married Donald Masure in Peacham, VT. Elaine leaves her husband Donald of Rockingham, Vt., two sons Warren and Wade; her brother, Denison of Steveson, Ala. and her sister, Janice Hoffman of Wetumpka, Ala; four grandchildren, Eliza and Benjamin of Bellows, Vt. and Katie and Andrew of Springfield, Vt. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Arthur. She is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Bellows Falls, Vt. Her father was more than likely stationed at Maxwell Field in Montgomery, Alabama as were many of our classmates while she was attending high school.
