In Memory Of Our Poets

Elizabeth Stinebaugh (Gallegos) - Class Of 1985

January 11, 1967 — September 29, 2019

Martha “Beth” E. Gallegos was born in Montgomery, Alabama, on January 11, 1967, to Billy and Martha “Matt” Stinebaugh and went to be with the Lord on September 29, 2019, at the age of 52, surrounded by her loving family and friends.  Beth came to know the Lord early in life and always believed in His plan for all of us.

Beth was raised in Montgomery, Alabama, and graduated from Lanier High School in 1985.  She worked in child care until she met her husband, CMSgt (Ret.) Ronald E. Gallegos in 1987, and then received her real estate license in 2007.  She was a loving and devoted wife to Ron for over 31 years, a caring and attentive mother to Brittany, and a doting “GiGi” to Aleyna and Aubriana.  She was a stay-at-home Mom who raised a bright and successful daughter and lived her life to ensure that her granddaughters were always happy, healthy, and loved.  Beth was the epitome of a strong and caring Air Force wife, providing unwavering support to her family during their time in the military.  She and Ron loved to travel and enjoyed their time living in Italy and traveling throughout Europe and the United States.  She was especially fond of the two Alaskan cruises that she and Ron took to celebrate their 25th and 30th wedding anniversaries.

Beth leaves her memory to be cherished by her loving husband of 31 years, CMSgt (Ret.) Ronald E. Gallegos; Daughter: Brittany Gallegos; Granddaughters: Aleyna and Aubriana; Brother: Allan (Leigh Ann) Stinebaugh of Prattville, Alabama; as well as numerous nieces.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Martha Stinebaugh.
