Michael Ambers, 48, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away January 26, 2014. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 1:00 PM from St. Mark Baptist Church with Rev. Anderson Ayers, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Madison Cemetery with Phillips-Riley Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Ambers is survived by his wife, Barbara Ambers; daughter, Jasmine Smith; father, Willie Ambers, Sr.; brother, Willie Ambers, Jr.; three sisters, Deborah Ambers, Glenda Ambers and Tawanda Ambers; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Ambers will lie in state at the church one hour prior to services.
