Ms. Carolyn V. White, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on November 27, 2014. Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. at Revelation Baptist Church, with Rev. Dr. Allen J. Sims, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. She was a faithful employee for the City of Montgomery 911 Department of Communications, where she retired after 23 years as an Emergency Communications Operator. She was also an employee of Walmart and a security dispatcher at Hyundai.

She is survived by her son, Rodney V. White; grandson, Jeremiah Berry; mother, Clarzell White; sister, Clementine (Donald) White of East Point, GA, Mary J. White and Yolanda McKinnon both of Montgomery, AL; aunts, Margaret White of Louisville, KY, Alice Collins, Sarah White, Willie Mae White, all of Montgomery, AL and Delois White of Detroit, MI; uncle, Willie Frank (Darlene) White, Detroit, MI; nieces, Elisa White of East Point, GA, Tomika White and Jessica McKinnon of Montgomery, AL; nephews, Johnathan Rogers of Montgomery, Al, Jeremy (Brandi) Rogers of Dothan, AL and Brandon (LaToria) McKinnon of Wahiawa, HI; great-nephews, Tariq White, Terrio White and Brendon McKinnon; great-niece, Lauren McKinnon; goddaughter, Aliyah DeRamus; devoted friends and caregivers, Edwin Bradford, Elizabeth DeRamus, Ruby Townsend and Angela Davis, a host of other relatives and friends. Carolyn was preceded in death by her brother, Walter L. White; her grandmother, Clementine White; and her uncles, Robert White and David Smith.
