Douglas Arthur Brook passed away in his home surrounded by love and family on July 29th, 2022. He was the son of Arthur and Nancy Brook, he was a graduate of Sydney Lanier High in 1976 and worked at Jackson Hospital. He is survived by his wife Tammy Brook, and siblings Barbara Clements, Donald, and Michael Brook. Children Matthew and Peter. Daughter-in-law Jade (Matthew) grandchildren Tyler and Hailey. Service will be determined at a later date.
