Mike was born to Joseph & Blenda Lushington in Mont., AL. He was preceded in death by his parents & sister, Joy. He is survived by his wife, Celeste Weir Lushington; son, Andy (Kristen, Michael Judah & Kaylyn); daughters, Ellie & Haley; & sisters, Cathy Whelton and Julie Underwood.
