Frances was born on June 10, 1953. She attended Cloverdale (1-9) and graduated from Lanier in 1972.

She was a member of the Lanier Singers.

Her brother Richard (Dick) was in the class of 1960. Her sister Kathleen was also a Lanier graduate.

She lived most of her adult life in the Jacksonville, Florida area. For the past few years, she was a resident of Columbia Lutheran Home in Seattle, Washington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Wayne Norman, her parents, and her sister.
