Juanita Conway Brooks passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Earl Brooks.

Mrs. Brooks is survived by her daughters, Jessica Waller (Johnny) and Laura Thompson (Jason); grandsons, Jack Brooks and Michael Henry; sister, Pamela (Charles) Rhodes; and brother, Frank Dennis Conway.

Mrs. Brooks had a lifelong love of animals and volunteered at the Humane Society of Elmore County. She took in and loved many stray animals throughout her life.

A memorial service will be held at 6 PM Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Leak Memory Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-6 PM at the Funeral Home.
