When growing up everyone has that special friend, your Huck friend, your best friend who made your life rich. Lamar was mine and I loved him. Lamar was smart and he had the sharpest wit of anyone I knew. We were inseparable, whether we were rambling down roads or through the woods. Through our bond, we shared the good times and some tough times. We achieved things together and we got in trouble together. I always had his back and he mine. Because of this special friendship, Lamar will always be a part of me. Lamar is with God and is buried at the Bushfield Cemetery of the Bethel Church in McKenzie, AL.
