Memorial services for Paul Daniel (Danny) Ganey, 75, of Anniston, Alabama, will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., at Golden Springs Baptist Church, Anniston, Alabama, with Dr. Roland Brown, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Ganey passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018, after an extended illness. He grew up in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from Sidney Lanier High School. He received a degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and ministered through music and education in churches in Alabama, Louisana and Mississippi.

Mr. Ganey is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rebecca Adams Ganey of Anniston, daughter Michelle Berney of Montgomery, granddaughter Katy Berney Tuttle (Jimmy) and great-grandson Oliver James Tuttle of Dothan, grandson Avery James Berney of Montgomery, several special nieces, in-laws, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis Ganey and Catherine Ganey Bracknell of Montgomery.
