Barbara Smith Brown

1940 - 2016

Barbara Smith Brown, age 76 of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a longtime member of Cloverdale Baptist Church. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents, Wyatt F. and Alva Graydon Smith. Survivors include her husband, James R. Brown, Sr.; her children, J.R. Brown, Jr., Tracey L. Brown; and her brother, Wyatt F. Smith, Jr., of Lakeland, FL. The visitation will be held from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Leak Memory Chapel followed by a casual graveside service at Greenwood Serenity Cemetery with Reverend Winston Brooks officiating.
