Marguerite Carroll Taylor Missildine was born in Montgomery, Alabama to Tom T. and Lellie Bishop Taylor on 14 October 1937. She graduated in the class of 1956 from Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, Alabama. She enlisted in the US Army, and on her grave are the markings CW2 US Army. She died in Montgomery, Alabama on 10 March 2003 and is buried in Montgomery Memorial Cemetery.
