Alice Ann Jeffries Barnes was born 19 January 1938 in Fayette, Alabama. She graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, Alabama in the class of 1956. She married Noel Barnes. When she died she left her daughter Nancy Barnes Bunt and sister Linda Bedsole along with her husband Noel Barnes. She died in Tuscaloosa Alabama on 13 October 2013 and is buried in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Bluff, Fayette County, Alabama.
