Joseph Franklin Mullins, 87, of Prattville, Alabama, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, 0. F. and Martha Mullins.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Alcyone Bates Mullins; brothers and sisters-in-law Pat and Donna Mullins, of Prattville, Alabama; Mike and April Mullins of Wallsboro, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.

Following a private burial, the family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Prattville. A memorial service conducted by Pastor Allan Bledsoe will follow at 1 p.m.

Bud Johnston, Mike Vaughn, Ted Bugay, Doug Gordon, Mugs Mullins, and David Hurst will be Pallbearers.
