Paul "Bubba" Hanford Dean died Thursday, September 8, 2011. Mr. Dean was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Stephanie Dean. He is survived by his wife, Esther Dean; children, Danny (Pat) Dean, Becky (Keith) Leary, Mark Dean and Mary (Brett) Leary; grandchildren, Laura (Michael) Northcutt, Daniel (Megan) Dean, Paul Leary, Megan (Nick) Pettingill, Courtney (Thomas) Corum, Merideth Dean, Leah (Chris) Pierce, Lindsey Leary, Logan Leary and Lana Leary and a great grandchild, Daniel Aiden Dean; brother, Richard (Judy) Dean. Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, September 11th at 3:00 pm with Dr. Eldon Niehof, Dr. Tim Thompson and Dr. John Mark Trent officiating. Burial will follow at Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, September 10th from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Pallbearers will be Daniel Dean, Paul Leary, Michael Northcutt, Nick Pettingill, Chris Pierce and Thomas Corum. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Henry, Fred Woolard, Rudolph Johnson, Jake Dean, John Dean and Jeff Dean.
