Elizabeth Ann Bush (Arnold) (1937-2002) - Class Of 1955

Elizabeth Ann Bush Arnold, 65, Millbrook, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2002. She was born in Montgomery, the daughter of the late Buford A. Bush and Mrs. Doris Sims, of Montgomery. She was a 1955 graduate of Sidney Lanier and served for many years in the Montgomery County Court system.

She is survived by her husband, James L. Arnold of Millbrook; a son, Matthew Arnold of Millbrook; and a daughter, Linda Stripling and her husband, Gary; two grandchildren, Walker and Sarah Stripling of Deatsville, Alabama. She has a surviving sister, Linda Dean, Alexander City, Alabama; a brother, Ronald F. Bush, and his wife, Libbo, of Pensacola, Florida.

A memorial service will be held at St. James, 9045 Vaughn Rd., at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, with Dr. Lester Spencer, Jr. officiating. Visitation is from 1:30 until 2:30 at St. James.

Ann was a sweet, caring person who adored her children. She worked for the State of Alabama until retiring. She was a big fan of the Crimson Tide. Her days at Lanier were happy days for her. She is sorely missed!
