Anne Marie Maloy Bowles went to be with the Lord Friday, October 28, 2011. She was born August 10, 1933 in Montgomery, AL. She was a lifelong resident of Montgomery and had been an active member of Pintlala Baptist Church for many years where she taught Sunday School. She was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Bowles; her parents, Joe Bruce and Verla Lucretia Maloy; and by her brother and sister-in-law, Joe B. Maloy Jr. and Ida Maloy. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Gordon Jones, and one grandson, Zac Jones. Per Anne's request, her body was donated to the UAB Anatomical Donor Program for medical research. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 2:30 PM at Pintlala Baptist Church with Dr. Gary Burton officiating.
