Jerry Bruce McCann, age 73, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2005. He was at home with his family.

Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Jerry was the youngest child of John and Ruth McCann. He served in the Navy as a pilot on the Intrepid. Jerry worked in the paper industry for over 30 years retiring as Vice President of sales for JWI Group.

After retirement he spent most of his time at Lake Martin in Alabama. An avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt and fish. Jerry was a four time winner of the Balsam Invitational Golf Tournament.

Jerry is survived by his wife Losia Williams McCann; his daughter and son-in-law Losia and Steve Tomlinson; his son and daughter-in-law West and Julie McCann; his grandchildren Losia Addison Tomlinson, Michael West McCann, John William McCann. Jerry is also survived by his sister Joy McCann Daugherty and his brother Jack McCann.

Memorial services were Monday, November 28, 2005 at 2:00pm at the Mount Bethel United Methodist Church in Marietta, Georgia.
