DONOVAN, Betty Guthrie, 78, Loving wife, mother and grandmother a resident of Montgomery, AL and a char­ter member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, Sep­tember 14, 2008. Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Tuesday, September 16, 2008, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednes­day, September 17, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel, with Dr. Rick Marshall officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Donovan is survived by her devoted and loving husband­, James P. (Jimmie) Dono­van; her "darlin" children Gensie (Jimmy) Glenn, Pat Donovan, Danny (Dena) Donovan, Sheila (Dwight) Stewart; precious grandchil­dren, Joey Donald, Justin Stewart, Sarah Blake Dono­van, Mary Stewart, Morgan Donovan, Allison Stewart, Oli­via Stewart; brothers, Henry (Jo) Guthrie, Don (Gwen) Guthrie. She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Ann Walker Guthrie; brothers, Joe (Mary) Hub­bard, Cecil (Nancy) Guthrie. Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Guthrie, Stacey Kent, Jim Griffith, Wylie Rohan, Bob Sandifer and Dale Traylor. Honorary pallbearers will be John Guthrie, Preston Guthrie, Roland LaBarge, J.C.
