William Henry Guthrie, age 84, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, died Thursday, January 26, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Jo C. Guthrie; son, Preston (Sandra) Guthrie; daughter, Debbie Goodwin; grandchildren, Sara (Brett) Downs, Jesse Goodwin, Mark Guthrie, Emily Guthrie and a brother, Donald (Gwen) Guthrie. Henry was a devoted father, devoted husband, substitute Sunday School Teacher and an usher. Visitation will be Saturday, January 28th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm on Sunday, January 29th at Leak Memory Chapel with Rev. Mike Northcutt officiating. Burial is to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
