Marks Marcus, 87, a life- long resident of Montgomery passed away on Jan. 8, 2012. He was born Dec. 4th 1924. He is survived by three sons, Gregg, Barry, and Bobby Marcus; four grandchildren Kylie, Quinn, Jordan and Graham Marcus, One sister Phyllis Applefield, close family relatives, Victor Haber, Julie Greenberg, and countless others who he appreciated being in his life; especially Marie Berlin. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Barbara and daughter Debbie Marcus. There will be a memorial service Tuesday Jan. 10th at 2:00 PM at Temple Beth- Or with visitation at 1:00. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Selma Marcus Fund or the Deborah Marcus Fund at Temple Beth-Or, Montgomery, Alabama.
