PERTREE, James Henry, 83, a resident of Montgomery, died Saturday, August 4,2007 at his residence.  Survivors include his wife, Frances D. Pertree; daughter,Robin (Jimmy) Morris of Smiths, Al.; son, Billy (June) Pertree of Montgomery, Al.; granddaughters, Amy Morrisand Alicia Morris of Smiths, Al., Emily Pertree of Montgom­ery, Al. Funeral services will be at Leak-Memory Chapel, Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Larry Arm­strong officiating. A privat burial will follow in Green­wood Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service. Hon­orary Pallbearers will be the Henry McInnis Sunday School Class of Eastern Hills Baptist Church and retired IRS Agents.
