Ann Dunlap Horrell died November 10, 2018, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Ann was the widow of Malcolm B. Horrell, Jr. She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority at Brenau University. She was the Concert Manager of the Brenau Orchestra. Ann and Malcolm retired to Lake Lanier in 1997 where they both were active members of the Lanier Holiday Chapel.
Ann moved to Atlanta, Georgia from Montgomery, Alabama in 1969. She was very active in the Women's Club of Georgia and was a faithful member of St. James United Methodist Church where she was past president of the Women's Circles. Ann was also a volunteer member of the Atlanta High Museum.
Ann is survived by a son, Malcolm Horrell, III of Chattanooga, Tennessee, a daughter, Gail Horrell Busby of Cloudland, Georgia, granddaughters, Alana Horrell of Asheville, North Carolina and Caroline Adair of Franklin, Tennessee, a grandson, Wesley Busby of Atlanta, Georgia, a great-granddaughter, Ava Busby of Virginia Beach, Virginia and a great-grandson, Bradley Adair of Franklin, Tennessee.
There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2018, at Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Springs, Georgia.
