Inez Huggins (Noll) (1918-2015) - Class Of 1936

Our beloved mother, Inez Huggins Noll, age 96, died on June 16th in Auburn, Alabama at the Oak Park nursing home.

Inez was born in Montgomery, AL on July 7, 1918 to Pleasant and Alice Faye Huggins. She lived most of her life in Montgomery, until she moved to an assisted living home in Auburn in 2001.

Inez was married to William L. Noll, Jr for fifty-seven years until his death in 1997. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Montgomery where she taught young children in Sunday school for many years. Inez also was a volunteer pink Lady at Baptist Hospital for over 20 years. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She leaves to cherish her memories a son, William L. Noll III and wife Shirley of Greensboro, GA; a daughter, Suzanne Herring and husband Ronnie of Auburn AL; four grandchildren, Cindy Houttekier and husband Jon of Annandale, VA, Steve Noll and wife Michele of Kennesaw, GA, Tammy Holsten and husband Scott of Vestavia Hills, AL and Bret Herring and wife Melanie of Jackson, AL and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel from 2pm to 3pm, Friday, June 19th, followed by a graveside service at 3pm at Greenwood Cemetery.
