Ralph Lynton Hooks, Jr., 70, of Athens, passed away on Thursday, January 13th, 2022, at his residence. Mr. Hooks was born on December 15th, 1951, to Ralph Lynton Hooks, Sr., and Ruth Amason Hooks.

Mr. Hooks is survived by his wife Lee Anne Nations Hooks; son Darrel L. Hooks; daughter Amanda E. Hooks Lovell (Chad); grandchildren Lucas B. Lovell, Misha K. Hooks, and Lea R. Lovell; sister Patricia Walter (John); and brothers Danny Hooks (Amy) and Bobby Hooks (Celia).

Preceded in death by his parents.

A quiet family burial will take place in Montgomery, Alabama, at a later date.
