Talley, Jesse Carroll (Bitsy), age 62 passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012 after a brief illness. He was born July 5, 1950. Jesse spent most of his career as a Funeral Director with McAvoy and O'Hara in San Francisco, CA. He was pass Exalted Ruler of Elk's Lodge #3 in San Francisco, CA. Jesse was preceded in death by his father, John Calvin Talley and brother, John Michael Talley. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy M. Talley; sisters, Jerry Mae (Jerry Mac) Windsor, Mary (Dale) Carroll; brothers, Joe (Marian) Talley, Terry (Brenda) Talley and Tommy (Shirley) Talley; along with Aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 2:00 with Rev. Winston Brooks and Dr. Jerry Windsor officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Curtis Carroll, Geoff Carroll, James Talley, John Mark Windsor, Parker Kelley and Rickey Talley. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of Elks' Lodge #3. Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2:00 on Saturday.
