Charles Joseph Talley, Sr. a resident of Wetumpka, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at his home in Wetumpka. Joe was predeceased by his parents, a sister Mary Talley Carroll, two brothers, John Michael Talley and Jessie Carroll Talley.

Joe was born June 18, 1944, to Calvin and Dorothy Talley of Montgomery, Alabama. Joe attended Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery and after high school served in the United States Army. He met and married Marian Scott of San Luis Obispo, California.

He is survived by his children, Charles Joseph Talley, Jr., Jeffrey Talley (Melanie), Joseph Talley (Mary), John Talley (Michelle), and James Talley (Heather); siblings, sister Jerry Mae Talley Windsor (Jerry Mack), and brothers, Terry Talley (Brenda), and Tommy Talley (Shirley).; grandchildren, Chelsie, Samuel, Jonathan, Evan, Emelia, and Euan.
