Arnold R. Moxness was born to Col. Bennie A. and his wife Ruth Moxness in New York. Arnold graduated in the class of 1956 from Sidney Lanier High School while his father was stationed at Maxwell Air Force Base. He is buried beside his parents who are both buried at Arlington National Cemetery. The dates on his tombstone read 10 July 1938 - 4 Feb 1975.
