FOWLER, John Walter, 70, a resident of Montgomery, AL died Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2005 at 1:30 PM from Leak-Memory Chapel with Rev. Paul Turner officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Fowler; children, Susan Heisler (Da-rrell); Linda Woods; Tony Fowler (Tammy); John Fowler; Bill Fowler; and eight grandchildren, Olivia, Drew, Jackson, & Jake Heisler; Jack Fowler, Chris Canfield.  Pallbearers will be Donald Clark, Thad Pruitt, Paul Perrett, Malcolm Brassell, Earl Hilyer, and Tony Barkley.  Honorary pall-bearers will be the Sidney Lanier High School Class of 1954.  Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital Memorial Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
