Comments:    I joined the Air Force in May 1971. I was assigned to Security Service and later lived overseas for about 17 years in the Philippines, Italy, Taiwan, and the island of Crete, Greece. I came to the states in 1988 and retired from the military in 1991. I have a son,James, who is a crewchief on the Apache helicopter stationed in Afghanistan. I lost my wife to cancer in 1998. My son and I live in San Antonio, Texas.
