We have had a normal "work and raise 2 boys" life. Ricky and I both have Master's Degrees and spent our life together educating children. I taught 5th and 6th grade, while he taught 10th and 12th grade English and then became an administrator at Wetumpka High School. Active in church and whatever activities our boys were involved in, we all "grew up together" in Wetumpka! Both Ricky and I are retired from Elmore County Schools. Ricky has worked for the last 8 years as an Administrator in Georgia, coming home on the weekends.(Gotta get that second retirement!) Both boys are successful and happy. We have been happily married for almost 37 years. We are truly blessed!

Update-2014
We are the proud grandparents of 3! Jonathon and Whitnee had a precious baby girl, Lydia Grace, who was only with us for 14 days. She would be 5, now. They have a terrific 3 year old boy, Micah David! They now live in Springdale, Arkansas.

Christopher and Sandy have grandson number 2, Henry Dean. Dean will be 1 July 24 th! They now live in Pinson, where Christopher is athletic Director at Clay/Chalkville Middle School and coaches at Clay/Chalkville High School.

I think my fondest memories are centered around the Senior Play and the Glee club. What fun playing the piano with all thoses talented band members and singers! Still remember Peter Blaise directing the music for "Lil' Abner"!
