Transcript Request Records from 2000 to Present:

Option 1 – Come to Sidney Lanier High Guidance Office fill out request form and pay $6.00 processing fee. For current students the processing fee is $3.00.

Option 2 – Mail written request and a $6.00 money order or cashier’s check. Must include the following:

Full Name at time of attendance
Date of Birth
Complete name and mailing address of organization/school that you would like us to mail your transcript to
