Pamela Fort, Nashville, Tennessee, born July 5, 1955, lost her life on February 6, 2016, as a hero.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years Philip Alan Fort, Sr., her parents, brother, and one sister.
Survived by her children, Florence Ellen Fort, Alan (Stephine) Fort, Jr., Jacob (Caycee) Fort, and Elizabeth (Trey Sinor) Fort, Twelve grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter; her sister Brenda Houlton Morgan and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be Sunday, February 21, 2016, at 2:00 PM at Dozier Cemetery, Ashland City Highway.
