Byron L. Harris, 36, a resident of 1428 O'Connell St. died Sunday, November 24, 1991, in a local hospital. 

He was a graduate of Sidney Lanier High School and Alabama State University. Byron taught at Rebecca Comer High School in Barbour County for ten years and at several local schools here in Montgomery.

He leaves to cherish his memories a sister, Mayelyn H. Hardwick, Birmingham, Alabama; two brothers, Attorney Daniel Harris, Jr. (devoted sister-in-law Vivian Harris), Omaha, Nebraska and Rynard E Harris, Montgomery, Alabama; a loving and devoted grandmother, Maggie Singleton, Grandfather, Dan Hal; several aunts and uncles; two great Aunts, Imener Davis and Sarah Washington; two nieces; four nephews; a devoted friend Connie Caswell and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 30, 1991, at 12 noon from Lee's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Edward Martin officiating. Interment in Kindle Cemetery.
