Martha Jean Fletcher passed away on October 21, 2023, following a brief illness.
Martha was born in Montgomery, AL, on March 12, 1946. She was preceded in death by her parents Nelle Sullivan Fletcher and Philip W. Fletcher, Jr. Martha attended Sidney Lanier High School and graduated from Auburn University where she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority.
Martha's career path included residing in Dallas, TX, New York, NY, and finally in Atlanta, GA for forty years.
She is survived by her brother Philip W. Fletcher, III (Dorrie), sister Gail Fletcher Crosby (David), nieces Casey Fletcher Hutchings (Stephen), Caroline Fletcher, and Martha Crosby, stepson Brent Korsower, cousin Charlotte Taylor, sister-in-law Peggy Braungart Fletcher, long time friend Bobbi Couch, and her beloved companion Clarence "Babe" Taylor.
Martha will be remembered for her love of life, her exquisite style, her enthusiasm for world travel, and her compassion for countless close friends whom she loved to entertain with gourmet meals.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 26th, at Greenwood Cemetery.
