James "Jimmy" Hubert Windham, Jr., 72, resident of Wetumpka, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 4, 2023.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 11:00 am at Prattville Memorial Chapel with Pastor Darrell Greer officiating. Burial will follow at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery with Prattville Memorial directing. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial on Wednesday evening from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
Mr. Windham was preceded in death by his parents, James and Jewel Windham; daughter, Julie McCraine and brother, John Wayne Windham. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Julia Windham; one son, Johnny Windham; two grandchildren, Troy Michael Woods (Jessica) and Jessica Danielle Woods; two step-grandchildren, Justin McCraine (Mary) and Christopher McCraine (Kaitlyn); one great-grandchild, Kason Michael Woods; son-in-law, Chris McCraine; two sisters, Mary Gothard and Patricia Brooks (Robert); extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Mike Gothard, Calvin Gothard, Andy Gothard, Bobby Brooks, Troy Woods, and Mike Shepherd.
