Dallas Freeman Carroll (1936-2008) - Class Of 1955

Dallas Freeman Carroll, 72, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2008, at Jackson Hospital.  He was born in Montgomery to Freeman and Alice Carroll on February 28, 1936. 

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Annette Wilkerson Carroll, and daughters, Teresa (Ritchie) Logue of Bowie, MD, Angel Brandt of Crofton, MD, and Tracy Kent of Huntingtown, MD.  He is also survived by his grandchildren: Meghan, Kevin, Cory, Kyle, Justin, Jeremy, and Allyson; sister, Kaye (Richard) Dyer, and brother,  John L. Carroll.

Freeman was a member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church and served as a member of the Board of Deacons. 

Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, October 1st from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Leak-Memory Chapel.  Funeral services, conducted by Dr. Rick Marshall and Rev. Larry Armstrong, will be on Thursday, 11:00 a.m. at Leak Memory Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Paul Spivey, Rodney Wilkerson, Ritchie Logue, Walt Edmonds, Earl Venable, and Jimmy DiGregory.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of Kline Johnson Sunday School Class and the Board of Deacons of Eastern Hills Baptist Church. 

Flowers accepted or a contribution to the Building Fund of Eastern Hills Baptist Church or to your favorite charity.
