Thelma P. Rambo died Tuesday, December 13, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Henry Rambo, her parents Norman and Elicia Putman, four sisters and a brother. She is survived by her sisters Lois Lowe and Marian Evans, her daughter Carolyn Rambo Williams (William), her son Norman Rambo (Sue) and her five grandchildren Lorrie, Rick, Tony, Dan and Shawn.

A longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star, she enjoyed sewing and square dancing. Her camping adventures took her throughout the southeast and the west. A visitation will be held in the Chapel of White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home Friday at 10:00 am with a graveside celebration of her life (11:00) following in Greenwood Serenity Cemetery in Montgomery, AL.
