Dorothy 'Dot' Joseph (Dickson) (1928-2009) - Class Of 1946

Dorothy Joseph Dickson, beloved resident of Lowndesboro, Alabama, died unexpectedly on Monday, August 17, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert Stiles Dickson Jr, and her mother Dorothy Jones Joseph.

Visitation will be held onThursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Dicksonia Plantation. Memorial service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2009 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Lowndesboro at 11:00 a.m., with Reverend Mark Waldo and Reverend Joe Knight officiating.

She is survived by her two sons Robert Stiles Dickson III (Jane), George Traweek Dickson (Lori), and daughter, Dorothy Dickson Skipper (Randy); and 13 grandchildren.
