Nella Kimbrough "Mom" Easterling, 93, of Wetumpka, Alabama, passed away at home on Monday, September 22, 2014.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Easterling was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel B. Easterling Jr. "Pop"; her parents, Newman W. and Ella Ruth Kimbrough of Montgomery, Al; sisters, Marion Stough of Montgomery, AL, Martha Bright of Montgmoery, AL and a brother, Newman W. Kimbrough Jr. of Memphis, TN.

Survivors include her daughter, Pam Carpenter of Eclectic, AL; grandchildren, Danny (Sharon) Carpenter, Kim (Scott) Sides, of Eclectic, AL, Scott (Stephanie) Carpenter of Calera, AL, Mark (Carri) Carpenter of Montgomery, AL; 12 great-grandchildren, Easterling, Ella, Ean, Ezra, Eli, Eden, Caleb, Cole, Caden, Chase Carpenter, Courtney and Houston Sides.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Raghu Mukkamala and to Michelle, Amy, Teresa, Melanie, Rachel, Craig, John, Janet, and Brad with Amedisys Hospice.
