Richard Charles Belser, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away at his home on Sunday, September 7, 2003. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Dr. Karl Stegall officiating.
Mr. Belser was born on March 31, 1955, in Montgomery, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Judge David Eugene Loe and grandmother, Sarah M Loe; his father, Richard Collins Belser and his sister, Katherine Eugenia Belser.
Survivors include his mother, Virginia Loe Belser of Montgomery; two brothers, David Eugene Belser and Dana Blair Belser; one sister-in-law, Nancy Ward Belser; one niece, Sara Katherine Belser and one nephew, David Eugene Belser, Jr.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Mathew Madison, Dan Madison, Don Madison, Bill Parkham, Kim Kimbrough, John McKinney and David McCabe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to First United Methodist Church at 2416 West Cloverdale Road, Montgomery, Alabama, 36106.
